Walk through the church to the Thames and along the towpath and around to the past Sonning lock and back.

Access: via Reading train station. Multiple buses. Nearby car parks: Queen’s Road car park (450 m walk), Reading Station car park (30 m walk)

- Meet at 09:00 AM at Reading train station
- Train to Oxford Railway Station and visit city centre.

- Train to Reading at 16:00

The landscape and wildlife of the USA – A presentation in two halves that gives a small glimpse into the diversity of landscape and wildlife to be found in the USA. The talk covers a range of wildlife found across the USA from grizzlies fishing in Alaska to the wild life of the Greater Yellowstone area at all times of the season, to the rich habitats of Florida. With such a great diversity of landscapes to be found in this vast country we will explore the coasts, mountains, deserts and much in between throughout the seasons.
