Swirling patterns, surrealistic eyes and neon-coloured wildlife all figured in Reading Camera Club’s third quarterly PDI (projected digital image) competition held on Friday 2nd February. The theme of the evening was “Creative Photography” and our judge was Chris Hutchinson. Chris gave an entertaining and informative critique of our images and complimented members on the high standard of their work, reflected in the number of images awarded the top scores of 19 and 20.
Our next meeting on Friday 9th February will be the Annual Auction where members bring along items they no longer need, photographic or otherwise, raising money for the club. Like most of our evenings the meeting will be both on Zoom and face-to-face at St Peter’s Church Hall, Earley, Reading RG6 1EY. Non-members are very welcome at our meetings for a small session charge.
