Judge Chris Hutchinson had the though challenge of selecting the winner of this year’s trophy, which had the set subject of “Life on the streets.”
After holding back almost half the entries, he ultimately choose Thomas Warlow’s – “Something in my eye, Reading” as the winner.
2nd place was Ramesh Naik with his image “Food Crisis”.
In third place was “Avid reader” by Garry Mumford.
