Yateley Camera Club held their Annual Photographic Exhibition during Saturday 21st May and Sunday 23rd May at Eversley Village Hall, Eversley.
The exhibition was very well organised and featured over 400 printed and digitally projected images. Within the exhibition framework were various competitions: some internal and also external entries from invited clubs, including Reading Camera Club.
The standard of printed photographs, all mounted to a high standard, was most impressive and many images would rightly be considered ‘professional’, such was the quality.
There was a broad range of subjects and themes that were clearly displayed: Landscapes, seascapes, portraits, wildlife, macro, architectural and even abstract images were on display. The exhibition satisfied pretty much every stylistic palette.
Reading Camera Club’s submissions were also well received with one member receiving a judge’s commendation. It was a most enjoyable visit and extremely worthwhile visiting another venue and enjoying viewing other photographer’s excellent work.
